Tier 1 Refunds Complete

Hello everyone,
We recently issued a full refund to the tier 1 backers (around 40 backers). If you didn't receive a refund at this time, don't worry, your refund will be scheduled shortly.
Depending on your tier and fund availability, your refund might be scheduled for next week or up to 4 months in the future.
Turns out, Kickstarter does have the feature to process refunds. However, these refunds are sent back to the credit card you initially used during your pledge. So, if your credit card has expired or no longer tied to your Kickstarter account, we will have to send you a refund via PayPal or by check.
Initially, we will try to issue you the refund through Kickstarter, if it fails we will contact you to get your PayPal ID. If you don't have a PayPal account, you are welcome to create one or we can issue you a check (adds an additional 7-9 days or more depending on the country).
Due to fund availability and also the transaction limits set by Banks/PayPal or Stripe (Kickstarter), we are processing the refunds in batches. Later today or tomorrow you will receive an email outlining exactly on which date you will get your refund.
We appreciate your patience throughout this process and apologies for any inconvenience you might have experienced.

If you donated an additional amount through BackerKit, you would be happy to know we issued a full refund to all the BackerKit contributors.
And if you donated through Kickstarter or IndieGoGo, your contribution will be refunded back separately. You will receive a separate email outlining on which date the refund will be issued.
For faster processing, we strongly encourage you to open a free PayPal account and send us your PayPal email ID to [email protected]
PayPal refunds will have a higher priority than checks.
Project Canceled & Refund Details

Hello everyone,
We hope you are doing well!
We apologize in advance for sharing this news, but GODS is canceled. Roosevelt Games, LLC has been acquired by a different company, and the new management is canceling GODS. So, there won't be any more updates. The current CEO is also leaving the project and the company to pursue other things.
You will be happy to know, we will issue you a full refund whether you pledged via Kickstarter or IndieGoGo. The refund will be processed in batches every month via PayPal or a check. If you wish to get paid sooner, we strongly encourage you to open a PayPal account by going to https://www.paypal.com (it's free to open an account).
Since Kickstarter doesn't have a refund system or there's a daily transaction limit set by different banks or payment processing companies, we are processing the refunds manually and in batches.
In the next 2-3 days, you will receive a separate email outlining on which date you will get a refund. If you reply back with your PayPal email address to [email protected], you will get paid precisely on that date. Otherwise, your check will be delayed by an additional 5-7 days or more, depending on your country.
Our local team and the offshore team is forever grateful to receive your support, and it's unfortunate that the project didn't complete.

GODS!
This week we worked on the AIs for the military units. The military AI needs some more work, but we still wanted to show you the current progress. In the video, you will see the armies of two different gods fighting each other. On the next update, you will see more details on how to create warriors, generals, wizards and how to form a platoon.
Along with the army AIs, we have something exciting to show you next week! :)

GODS!
You will be happy to know we recently pushed out a video showing the latest development progress. In this video, you will see some of the core gameplay mechanics and also the third person view in action. Along with the lion creature, we are updating the models of other creatures as well. Our goal is to give all the creatures distinct features but follow a similar theme that's unique to GODS only.
If you pledged via Kickstarter, your order is currently locked and in processing via Backerkit. If you don't remember your Backerkit URL, please let us know, and we will get back to you asap. And if you pledged via IndieGoGo, your orders will be migrated to Backerkit by October 31st, 2019 and they will be locked within two weeks after that.
Anyhow, here are the development updates:

Ability to pick up animals, people, trees & miracles.
Casting miracles (e.g., Food Miracle)
Collecting woods from trees.
